Spring 2010 Open Rehearsals/Auditions

Saengerfest will be holding “open rehearsals” on Monday January 11, 2010 and Monday January 18, 2010, 7:00-9:30pm at the First Parish Church (Unitarian) in Weston. Anyone interested in singing with Saengerfest is encouraged to stop by and sing with us during these rehearsals. 2009 CHRISTMAS CONCERT!

Marking the end of its 18th season, Saengerfest Men’s Chorus presented its annual Christmas Concert on Sunday Dec. 20, 2009 at Regis College’s beautiful Casey Theater, 235 Wellesley St. in Weston, MA. The program consisted of a variety of the familiar and unfamiliar, new and old holiday favorites, plus a chance for the audience to sing along with us! A sell-out every year, this year’s concert featured soprano soloist Shari Wilson, and harpist Barbara Poeschl-Edrich, as well as the ever-popular a cappella group Sound Investment.

Sunday, December 20, 2009, 4pm - Regis College’s Casey Theater

Tickets are $20 and may be purchased from Tim Greene at 508-801-7354; Charles Duffy at 781-326-1114; Joseph Gearon at 781-255-9165; email: ConcertChair@saengerfest.org, or any Chorus singer. Tickets will be sold at the door if the concert is not sold out in advance. Regis College Fine Arts Center is wheelchair accessible, and there is plenty of free parking.

Saengerfest performs in London

The Saengerfest Men's Chorus joins over 900 other choristers in concert at Royal Albert Hall, London

In October 2008, Saengerfest participated in the London Welsh Festival of Male Choirs held at London’s Royal Albert Hall. Saengerfest also performed solo at St. James’s Church in London’s Piccadilly Square.
